FRIENDS OF FREEMAN STATION - FUTURE PRESERVATION FUND CAMPAIGN
Thanks to generous gifts from individuals, corporations, the City of Burlington, and the Province of Ontario; Freeman Station has been beautifully restored for all to enjoy.
Now we need to set aside some money to create a reserve fund for the upkeep and preservation of the Station for the years to come.
Like so many organizations, because of the Coronavirus pandemic closure, we could not count on donations from tours or events to set aside for this purpose during 2020.
However, a number of our directors and members have pledged and donated to a pool, which will match, dollar for dollar all donations to our Future Preservation Fund by individuals or corporations, up to a total of $5,000 this year.
Your gift of any amount will greatly benefit this local heritage attraction and will be enhanced by the matching pool. Tax receipts will be issued for all gifts of $25 or more.
