Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Directors

Location: Freeman Station 1285 Fairview St Burlington
Purpose:
1. To receive reports of President, Treasurer & Chairpersons
2. To elect or re-elect Directors whose term has expired for an additional 2 year term.
3. To elect directors proposed by the Nominating Committee, and to accept nominations from the floor for additional names to be considered for Directors providing conditions of Bylaw # 1 are met.
4. To conduct other business that may properly come before the meeting.
5. Appointment of Audit Committee for fiscal year 2019/2020.
In order to vote or stand for election you must be a paid up member in good standing of The Friends of Freeman Station.
