151 [150] exciting things to do in Burlington!

Well, okay, with # 151 we added one more favourite activity to the Tourism Burlington “150 things to do” list — namely,  join the dedicated Friends of Freeman Station volunteers as we swing into full-time restoration activities.  As the weather warms, we’ve re-started our Volunteer Work Saturdays, and there’s a lot to do to get ready for Canada 150.   Or if you prefer to join us during the week, that’s also possible.  We need painters, sweepers, carpenters, groundskeepers, and sidewalk superintendents. No previous experience required.  Watch this page for details.

As for the Tourism Burlington “150” list, we’re # 78 — “Admire the restoration work done during the opening of the historic Freeman Train Station – Canada 150 event” — but nothing says you have to take the list in sequence!

It’s going to be a busy Summer!
